Location is good, and the bed was relatively comfortable. Management was friendly but the complex needs a lot of updates. Rooms smelled and walls were paper-thin. Didn't get any hot water out of the shower, heating unit didn't work properly, and TV was missing an HDMI cable. Check-in process took too long. Mini fridge was not plugged in when we arrived and too cold when it was plugged in. Adjustment knob didn't work well. Too many issues to warrant more than a 1-star.
The motel was not well staffed at all. The check in was difficult, as the manager was not available and three children and a non-English speaking person was trying to help us, which took time. The room was outdated, and the shower curtain was moldy. They only gave us three towels, and the sign they have states that if there aren't 4 we would be charged $10 per item that was missing. We couldn't even check out at 9 because the office was locked and no one came when we rang the doorbell for service as stated. The heat was hard to manage as well, as we couldn't adjust it to a proper temperature and the room was sweltering. Overall if you are just looking for a place to lay your head for overnight and aren't too concerned about being where you need to be at certain times, this place isn't terrible. The cleanliness could use some work.
Good place to crash not the best for luxury no breakfast beds little out dated. The windows were not locked blinds were old and broken. The refrigerator was plugged in to a bunch of wires dangling down the wall. Also the refrigerator did not work. It did have hot water for shower and sink warm.
It was a basic room. Pretty clean, but could use some updating.
