We stayed at the cabin.
Would not recommend the cabin. Not sure whether the regular rooms are better. Suspect not.
The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly, the rooms dont have phones but if someone calls they'll tell you. It is a family owned business and they asked us after our first night how we slept. The beds were super comfortable.
We stayed for the weekend at Lakeside. We arrived late at night and had no problem getting checked in. The rooms are simple, but clean and cozy. The owners are very nice people and helpful. We left for a few hours and came back to the rooms cleaned and new toiletries added. They even left a surprise (toy cars) for my young son. These aren't luxurious rooms, but if you are looking for something reasonably priced and clean, then this is your place. Thank you for making our stay a nice one!
Absolutely the best we have stayed at in the 3+ yrs we have been coming to the Dells... Think we found our "forever" place to stay while in the Dells.
The rooms were nice and very clean. Nothing luxurious, just what you need. TV, microwave, refrigerator(3 foot tall) and free wi-fi. The owners are all about customer service. While we were there, roadwork was going on and the cable and internet went out. The owners got the cable company out after hours to repair it. This was a Friday night and we were the only guests their. The owners are really nice and the staff were very polite and courteous. We have been going to the Dell's for over 30 years and feel this was the best property for the money to stay at. RevRandy
