Great hotel very clean and staff and management very friendly. Breakfast, coffee and juice in morning was great. Very quiet at night.

Karen was on the phone the entire time we were trying to check in giving qvc declined credit card after declined credit card. Office smelled awful,place was unkempt and nasty. Blamed us when we went across the street,drive on by,her husband is the handyman and apparently doesnt work summers,sleep in your car before you get this desperate

Real piece of Dump dont even waste youre time and money staying at this garbage.. Not even worth calling it a hotel.... At first since u go and try to book with them they are nice about it but if ther is a problem they are very very rude... The pool was very cold when it suppose to be heated i told him bout it cause i had a 2 year old with me so hes response was let me turn on the sun a little higher so the water can get warm... And walked away ...after a bit i asked him again and he came out saying that just this morning the heater pump had busted but he was getting someone to come out and fix it we stay ther for a wek since we already had pay for it so we were stuck with no results what so ever.. And then the ac in the room did not work at all it kept blowing warm air we told him bout it and just whent in the room lookes at it and said that hell call someone to fix it and never did ...and my cousins room had a problem with the shower head they told him never came out to room to check... So we decided to tight a towel around shower head so the water wouldn be spraying all over the place..... So at check out they wwhen back there and checked the room that nothing was missing or broken and found the towel holding the shower head and they wanted for us to oay for the repairs when it was broken to begin with.... DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL SAVE THE HASTLE AND HEADACHE... You spect to go out of town pay for a confortable stay and end up with a bigger pain in the but that befire i when to vacation DEFINETELY NOT WORTH IT
