Not a nice place. The room and the bathroom in particular smelled very moldy even though some renovations had been done except the toilet seat which was peeling and disgusting. There was black mold in the sink drain and overflow. The fan the bathroom was from 1970 and wasnt working well. Carpet was stained and nasty. Had brand new microwave and fridge. Bedding was nice. Can hear lots between rooms unfortunately. Free breakfast was good.
Location is kinda hidden in the back but not hard to get to. Close to the big attractions in the dells. Room was nice. A/c got frigid cold which made me happy. The front desk girl when we arrived was super nice and helped us with everything we needed.
Had to give one star just to post... I would give it a negative 100 stars... most disgusting hotel I have ever been to... Rooms not clean..front desk lady totally rude.. went to leave and get money back and tried telling us we had to Waite till Wednesday to get money back when we paid cash. Total bs... chlorine in hot tub felt like bleach it was so strong eyes burning n nose after only being in it for a few min. Then when got out it felt like skin was peeling off... pool the same way... this hotel was total joke n not worth the money at all..
The front reception was decently helpful. The pool in the hot tub were in good condition. Dog friendly.
I really liked that this hotel had a pool, hot tub, and breakfast included, for a really good off-season Dells price so I gave it 4 stars instead of 3. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Room temp was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The pool room was empty so we enjoyed having it to ourselves, and the water was very warm! The pool room wasn't super clean/maintained though. Hotel itself could use some updates - our room had a random hole in the wall, and our toilet seat was chipped/peeling/discolored right where one would sit down.
