Decent enough. Not what I consider a resort but it was clean and comfortable. Mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave. Just stayed overnight so we didn't use the pool areas. Restaurant doesn't open until 8am for breakfast which is way to late for most travelers so we had to go somewhere else. I would equate it to a Super 8 type hotel that was good enough we would stay again.
My family has done our Christmas get together here every year for the past 7 years and it has been wonderful. The staff is great and the pool area is great for a young family. Shopping and entertainment is nearby. I highly recommend.
Loved it. Great staff. Gorgeous rooms. Very quiet even though there was a wedding reception there we didn't hear a thing. Loved the Jacuzzi in the room slept great. Michelle at the front desk was awsome. Great pool and bar area.
We have had our family Christmas for the last 7 years at Wintergreen resort in the Dells. We just had 33 people. The big and little kids look forward to it every year. The staff does a great job making sure all goes well. Shirley and staff thank you for a great time. See you next year.
We didn't stay at the hotel but we ate at there restaurant. The wait staff is refreshingly very pleasant. The food was good. Our waitress was very nice and also gave us togo coffee cups without us asking. Those little things matter to me. I'm usually not impressed while staying in the Dells but this place was a great change. Keep up the great customer service!!!
