Josh and Joel MAKE THIS RESORT the PERFECT stay! Every bar owner should definitely take notes. He made us feel so welcomed regardless of the hotel issues he makes up for it. Josh put a smile on everyone’s face at the bar and believe me I am not exaggerating this review. The drinks were delicious and the food was finger licking good! No one at that bar gets ignored and you never have to wait to get a drink in line like you do at other bars. I will definitely be back to this bar! The Polynesian resort has an amazing asset to the facility! Thank you again josh for the great time! The wilderness resorts bar service can not compare to what josh provided us with. I have paid thousands of dollars through the years at the dells and to my surprise the Polynesian has the best gem inside the resort!
In my opinion best indoor water park for your money for children under 10. Kids had a blast and not so packed where you can't keep track of your kids. Loved definitely stay here again.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I have literally stayed 1000s of nights in hotels. This has to be the worst yet. Huge fight in the room next to us at 1:30 in morning. The fbomb was being screamed for 1/2 hour. Called down to front desk to send someone or police. Then the room above us started with the noise. This morning when I complained about the night they said we will credit us $15.00 for the inconvenience.... are you kidding me!!!! Well I will dispute it with my credit card :)
This is definitely a place where you get what you pay for. Didn't think any of the employees took much pride in their work except for Josh who runs the bar. The rooms we were in obviously had not been given any makeovers any time lately. The indoor pools are great for small children in the crowd as small as we had more space to ourselves.
Stayed in condo unit. Newer features were nice. Having mini kitchen was cool. Everything else was not good. Water park area wasn't opened by staff anywhere near to on time. Kiddie area of water park was looked over by lifeguards maybe 10% of the time we were there. Other station at bottom of the main slides was manned about 75% of the time by a lifeguard. Wouldn't pay to stay here ever again.
