Had Ian as a tour guide this week and he was so awesome! He was fun, kind, outgoing, funny, and made the ride awesome. Such a great experience all around!
My kids enjoyed the tour a lot and the tour guide (Jarrett) did a great job keeping the adults engaged via his banter.
This tour also allows the kids to drive the duck once you enter the lake. The other 'original' duck tour doesn't do this.
Very interesting tour and beautiful views on the lake. Our tour guy (Ryan) i believe was very knowledgeable and knew his history from the making of the company down to how to rock formations came about & when. He gave us the history of all the land that the tour took place. He was also a very funny guy. He made the tour 100 times better. We had a group of 6 and we were all very pleased with the service. We made sure we put a good word in for him at the front desk. Thanks for a great experience keep up the great work!
I personally liked the fact that his banter wasn't excessive--you could enjoy the scenery of the lake and river without a wanna-be comedian constantly talking.

What a great tour on a duck! These kinds of tours are only good with a great guide. Ian was that guide. He was very funny, and our splash downs were great. Fun and highly recommended!
