The room was clean, but the heater didn't work properly the first night and it didn't have some basic hotel things like a soap holder by the sink or a coffee maker. Friendly service
The building is nice & rooms had nice, newer looking decor. The bed wasn't all that comfortable, kind of sunken in the middle. The hotel is also off site and a drive from the theme park. The drive may matter to some but didn't bother us, despite having a toddler, most of the rooms on their campus require driving (or a nice long walk) to get to the main attractions.
I don't know how it is in the summer but is terrible in the winter. I'm writing this from this awful room they put us in over 5 minutes away in the scariest most desolate back corner of the Dells. There are maybe 10 others staying here, one more sketchy than the last. The halls smell, the beds are hard !nd our shower makes weird noises and often loses pressure. Now the indoor water park itself is small. Much smaller than we anticipated and far to cold. The room itself was a bit chilly,then you get in the water....yikes! It's freezing! The hot tubs were a solid bath temp but not what you want from a hot tub. My husband went to change in the tiny slightly disgusting bathroom and came out to a life guard exiting the urinal then walking out without washing his hands. Our family will not be staying here again. Book at your own risk! Good luck!
Spend extra money to stay in main lodge. Very nice staff. Very clean and a lot of fun.
It's a pretty decent hotel. It can be a little noisy with all the people staying here but that isn't the hotel's fault. One of the nicer Mt Olympus properties, because it's the most recently updated. I was happy with my room because all I requested was a queen sized bed and I received a king with a sleeper sofa so it was much nicer than I expected. No breakfast or anything but there's a BK next door. Bed is ok. I did not have any issues with bed bugs as some reviewers did but my mattress had a protector on it.
