We rented a house with 4 bedrooms, 2full baths, full kitchen. It was very nice very clean. We enjoyed are time there. Water park was a little disappointing not much for kids under 48 inches but we made do. Enjoyed the free lunch and rides in theme park area. The smaller kids had a blast over there.
Most horrible hotel I've ever stayed at. The pulled a switch and bait. Told us that we would be at the main resort we were put a couple miles away at a dingy dirty hotel. The pool was closed for two days with a sign that said cleaning when they told us we would have a pool.hot tub under construction.no front desk had to call main hotel if you needed anything. People very loud at night. No coffee pot in room no breakfast as advertised.checked out a day early went to winter green a much nicer hotel and just gave up our money for the night we didn't stay. Can you say the shining? That's exactly what it was like. Very dark and unsafe for females staying there alone. Key took 5 to 6 times to swipe to get in the room
The room was clean, staff was friendly, and the price was cheap. However, you get what you pay for. We were placed in Building 39 which was a few miles from the main building. The heater didn't work quite right the first night and the room was missing some items that are typical hotel room items like a coffee machine and grounds and a soap holder by the sink in the bathroom. The resort totes "All Inclusive" on their website, but they don't even tell you upon check in that "All Inclusive" means food from 12-4 in the theme park and soda during the hours the theme park is open. Nothing by the water park or near our room. Overall, an ok stay.
Great indoor theme park and waterpark. We visited during Winter (December) and still it's Good. During Summer this place would be Awesome. The rides are less but less crowded and more time to enjoy. Food and staff are Great. The water in water park was not so hot. So some kids were slightly shivering. Apart from that, it's a Must Visit Park!
We love this place! This is great for the kids. Staff is friendly and helpful. This is our second visit so we like to bring food to eliminate going out to eat each meal. The rooms have a mini fridge and a microwave. We bring our own coffee pot but you can always buy coffee there. We have never had a bad experience so I don't know why there are low reviews.
