The first building I was staying in qith my family wasn't cleaned and had so many damages. We called the office and the sent someone over to take not and clean up. The building was too much so they moved us to a bwtter building. Great service.
It was a really nice place, the area is pretty and the actual cabin is impeccable. We needed towels and they sent a car to bring us towels in no time. I would recommend this place to anybody.
Went here for 9 holes of golf during a bachelor party. There were 8 of us. We called in advance to make sure it was okay that multiple members of the party were not regular players and would probably be a little slow. Multiple emails assured is it would be no problem. Then we started playing. We were spending money and moving at more than a moderate pace. We were rushed for almost the entire time we were playing by the club "pro". We even skipped a hole because we were told we were not going fast enough. I could see them being aggravated with us if we had just shown up without them knowing, but we have multiple email saying it would be fine for some one of our level caliber to play. We easily spent 600$ and we're treated poorly. Very poorly. I will NEVER spend another dime at this place. If I could give them a zero rating I would. I hope that to the owners/managers read this review and are made aware that they played a large role in ruining what should have been a great day for a good friend.
Our family visited Spring Brook resorts during the week of thanksgiving 2017, and we had such a wonderful time! We stayed at the Hickory Haven and the house was just as describe. Six bedrooms, theater room and an outdoor patio set. This was a last-minute trip for our family and we couldn’t have been happier. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I’m looking to book our 2018 trip soon. Great job guys, please keep up the great work!
The staff at this resort are so friendly and happy our stay was such a pleasure. The accommodations were over the top. 3 bedroom condo - spacious, plenty of seating, towels, dinnerware..etc. Bar resturant, again friendly and great food. Will go back.
