The service was so bad I give it a minus 10 but the scale doesnt go that low so i give it 1 star. The food was cold and we asked for it go back we didnt want it cold so recook it and the manager said no you're going ro eat this food at that moment I thought I was in a time machine and found myself in the Civil Rights Movement. I immediately got up and took my party of 11 out the door. She threatened to call the police. Whatever.
Great place for a cold meal . Food was decent but not cooked right. Customer service was ok . Not the best IHOP
Terrible service. We visited this morning. I ordered the 2x2x2. I lifted up the pancakes to put on a plate for my daughter, and found a hair. I informed the staff immediately who said they would remake my entire breakfast. Instead, they brought a plate with hasbrowns and no new pancakes. She said “I hope that’s ok” and I informed her that wasn’t what I ordered. No new pancakes, no discount. We paid for a more expensive breakfast, minus edible pancakes.
Was debating between Deeny's and IHOP. No regrets! Fast seating, very friendly waitress. Didn't catch her name, (smaller Hispanic lady, with dark hair and strong accent). She was great! Food was great! Overall great experience!
Not equipped to be a high volume restaurant. Would probably be a good small town IHOP but being in the dells the wait to sit was longer than they said, they wait for food and drinks was even longer. The server Kate was friendly and doing her best, but even she couldn't make up for the crappy way the restaurant was run. Avoid this place if you want to have a good family breakfast!
