Awesome pizza. A must stop every time I drive through Wisconsin. All the Rocky Rococos are programmed into my GPS.
Pizza was on spot as usual. The cheese is always great. Sad to see that they are being pushed out by A&W.
They seem to never have enough pizza ready to go, then make you wait an exuberant amount of time to get what you came to get. Ridiculous. Always playing depressing music. The registers are hardly ever staffed. I have to shout to the back of the kitchen to get someone to come out... on a Friday afternoon! They need to get it togeather. Definitely does not deserve to be called a "fast food" restraunt.
We were visiting the dells, staying at Chula Vista and were happy that rockys would deliver! The food was alright, but the service...
Took an hour for everything to arrive. Pretty standard. But the drink was wrong and there were no plates, napkins or cups. The guy went back, and 45 minutes later came back with the right soda but still no plates our cups or anything. Almost 2 hours for our compete meal.
First I want to say that I love Rocky's pizza. Second of all I have been so disappointed in their service as far as having pizza available. When I go there they never have pizza available and I always get "it will be a 15 minute wait". If I had 15 minutes to wait I wouldn't be going through the Drive Thru. Or they tell me they have Super Slice available but of course they will charge me the extra. If you do not have a product available then you should do whatever it takes to make a sale and make the customer happy. At this Rocky's they would rather see you drive away then make you happy. And heaven forbid if you want two slices of the same kind of pizza. I don't know why I keep trying because I think 1 out of 10 times do they actually have what I want. All I order is a number 1 with pepperoni. I have also talked to the manager about this and he said they're working on it. Well it's been about a year now and there have been no changes. It doesn't seem to matter if it's at 11:30 am, 3:30 pm or 8:00 pm. It's always the same. I was just there yesterday and it was 11:45 am and of course they told me it would be a wait unless I wanted the Super Slice. I asked if they would charge me for the extra and she said yes. I left with no pizza. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot.
They did give us extra m&ms to make up for it but still too many mistakes.
