ordered at 10:47am and it was delivered at 10:58am. Super impressed. Food was great as always. Delivery driver was awesome! RIGHT ON!
Worst Jimmy John's I've been to. No one was waiting in line. Sub was made before I got my change. Didn't even ask what I wanted on sub. The sub including the bun was cold as the fridge. I think they just added the roast beef and the rest of the sub was in fridge. Wierd experience. Had better subs from the cold case at the grocery store. And was overpriced for what I got. Roast beef cheese lettuce tomato mayo $8 and change for an 8 inch sub! Very impersonal staff. Will never return.
We order from this JJs on an almost daily basis, either carry-out or delivery. Today I had the “pleasure” of speaking to the “Area Mng” who informed me that we are now somehow out of his delivery area. They just lost the business of 70+ employees, because they wouldn’t do what they’ve always done, and refused to go the extra mile to ensure an excellent customer experience.
The roast beef was literally green and gold. I got 20 minutes down the road before opening mt sub. I called and spoke to the woman that said she sliced the beef that morning. Yeah Right hoe
No bread choice. Just french white. Staffed is poor as far as customer service. Prices are high for limited of choices. Milios is way better. :)
