Had some nice deals while I stayed at the Motel 6 tried to order a large pizza for 18$ the dude was so nice he set me up with two medium for only 14 bucks.
Just called dominos because I loved key word loved and I told them I was willing to pay extra to bring it to me because I don't have a car and it's unfortunate that Hiawatha is such a headache that they are not willing to accommodate me even after I told the guy I was willing to pay extra he still turned me down although every time I have called I got it delivered and I always got it with no problems what a way to conduct customer service on your part
I used to order from dominos on a regular basis before I moved. The pizza is highly customizable when ordered on the website, and the rest of the ordering process is simple and even kind of fun. The delivery drivers are quick, polite, and professional. Even when I made an order in the winter, I got my food in a timely fashion and was called to make sure my address was correct. The pizza is good, especially with the fancier crust options and large topping variety. Eating in the store is also nice, since the atmosphere and design of the building is pleasing and efficient. The service has never failed to be amazing. My only complaint is that eating the pizza as often as I did brought out a strange flavor in the crust that made it taste breadier than it originally had. Since I prefer less crust on my pizza, this was a minor issue. The only reason I've elected to give 4 instead of five stars is because of the fluffy, bread-like crust.
WORST customer service ever. I have been waiting on bbq wings and a bacon chicken sandwich for hours now, and when i called to check on my order 2 hours after, they are telling me that they were knocking and i wasn't answering, LIARS!!!, I was outside the whole time..... never again i am gonna call DOMINO'S, NEVER,..... And the worse part they said they were gonna make a new fresh order for me 3 hours ago, and i slept, woke up and still haven"t heard from anybody... This is honestly the WORST customer service i have ever experienced.
My friends and I stayed at the Wilderness resort for a weekend (March 31st 2017) and we decided to order a medium cheese pizza. Mind you we are right across the street, it was a 30 minute wait time. Took over an hour and a half for our pizza to be delivered. We had called twice and got nothing but the employees being rude to us. 1 cheese pizza does not take an hour and a half! No discount was given or an apology. Also, delivery driver refused to give us his name while he was being extremely rude, but managed to get a picture of his plates. L22-ETX. WORST SERVICE EVER!!
