This is one of the worst camping sites at the Dells. My family has been coming to this place for over 10 years. Recently, management changed and they are rude and have poor social skills. We had a minor complaint and management refused to acknowledge it or even accept our complaint. Cindy and her husband were unfriendly and told our sites (3 sites booked) to leave and not return due to our complaint, which explicitly justified.

The manager is rude and disrespectful. He asked our group to let him talk to someone who speaks English, only because we are Hispanic. Everyone in our group speaks English. Then, he harassed our group for having too many cars, when they clearly allow 2 per site. By far, horribly organized and managed by inefficient and racist people.

Extremely disrespectful management. It was around 9:30pm and he yelled at our group to turn our music down. And we had turned the music down because we had no idea who he was (we thought he was just someone who was annoyed by our music). Keep in mind that quiet hours are from 11pm to 8am. We had no clue who this man was because he didn't introduce himself. He came back around 10:40pm and was completely disrespectful, he called us drunks and was swearing at us. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I don't like to pay people to yell at me for obeying rules.

We had a seasonal sight here many years ago with the previous owners when it was Tepee Park. We are considering getting back into seasonal camping and decided to drive through here and see how it looks after being gone a long time. We were literally chased down by an old guy in a UTV and questioned why we were there. Not good first impression. We won't be considering going here any longer. I also see it's for sale. Maybe a good thing.

My gf and I went there for Labor Day weekend and we had a "Wonderful Experience!" Everyone was nice and the owners were AWESOME!!!! We needed a hose for our trailer and the owner let us use 1 for the weekend. Everyone was extremely friendly and it wasnt over crowded or noisy by far. However, camping its suppose to be Extremely Noisy!!!! Its CAMPING!!! We have every intensions on going back and spending ALOT more time at this campground!!!

It was fairly affordable for it's great location next to the dells. They let me park there after we checked out to avoid parking fees at Noah's ark which was nice. The coupon book they gave us was very gracious of them and had almost everything on there. The washers/dryers were nice. I would definitely come back here again.
