My Dad("Tom Wolfe")took me there before my little brother was born & since then I've tried to get down there every year. Now that I'm older I'm going to go every year. When I was younger it was an interesting place, now that I'm older it still is an interesting place. I'll stick to what I remember & hear the stories from the friend of my Dad.
Used to go to this place every time we visited when I was a kid. Today, I've made the decision never to walk into the store again. (The merchants on the left not the right) One of the employees was rude, disrespectful, and crossed physical boundaries when he grabbed me by the elbow to guide me to an area. I've never been treated with such disrespect and I have certainly never been forcefully touched by any employee. He also made a lewd comment about potentially being slapped for leaning over to get something from a shelf parallel with my dress line. I did not realize the magnitude of this disrespect until I had already left the store. I am sorry I even made a purchase. Ladies, beware.
