We stayed in the dells for 4 days we brought our two Australian Sheppards to stay with pampered pets. When we picked them up the two dogs were very happy to see us but they were sad to be leaving. I could tell that our dogs loved it there. They seemed to love the one lady who I think might have been the owner. We treat our dogs like they are our kids. We have never boarded our dogs before in the past. We will defiantly be boarding them here again I would recomend people to take their dogs with them to the dells and have pampered pets give your dogs the vacation they deserve. We love you guys.

UPDATE: CAUTION - MY DOG GOT HURT by the front door of Pampered Paws Pet Resort and although weeks have passed since my dog's paw got trapped under the door, the door does not seem to be fixed and their caution sign regarding the door is still posted. Having been the Director of Social Services at two facilities in the Madison area and the head of patient relations for a medical group, I am compelled to post this warning so that your pet does not get injured or the door gets fixed/replaced. I suspect many dogs have been injured by the door because they have a caution sign posted down low next to the door about dog's paws getting stuck under the door (good luck noticing the sign as your dogs bound toward the door). The girl at the front desk went as far as to tell me that there was a dog that had his nail ripped off from that door. I told her that's a safety issue and perhaps the door should be replaced or fixed. She indicated at least two times that the owners would not replace the door to which I said they would rather just have dog's nails get ripped off? She responded with: There's only been one dog that's lost a nail under the door. However, I pointed out that my dog got hurt by the door and I still think that they should do something about the door to protect all dogs from getting hurt. In addition to making me feel like it was my fault that my dog got hurt (my 11+ year old dog whom I love very much), the girl didn't check on my dog. She was rude and didn't care. The groomer actually did a great job with the dog. However, you have to be able get your dog safely through the front door to get to the groomer. It does beg the question of how safe are your pets at a facility who will not fix an obvious pet safety hazard?
