Usually we get great service at this location, however not the case on our last visit. they had the door locked, but we could see employees inside. several people tried the door and left. but since we could see them, we decided to try the drive thru. it was open and they were taking orders. one would think they would put a sign on the door advising that they had to close the dining room and to please use the drive thru???? AND we could see at least 4 employees. I have managed fast food restaurants before so I think they could have left the dining room open.
I usually try to find the good in a place but this one has almost nothing good. It was recently remodeled. But everything else about the experience was horrible. It ews out of guacolmole, out of Mexican pizza items, out of slushies, out of most things. Lost orders magically somebody else's fault. Kinda rude to customers, clueless employees. Employees complaining about store constantly and telling people to go somewhere else. If you want your food you will need to complain to speed them up. Good luck if you stop here. DO NOT STOP HERE go else where.
I've never had the misfortune of a bad meal at this taco bell. Once I even ordered my food online and picked it up via drive thru with no hassle. The interior is nice and polished. I'm not so sure that the art displayed is appealing to me personally but it definitely adds to the atmosphere despite this. I've had a variety of different meals with different people and never heard a complaint.
Absolutely rude! If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a power bowl (first time ever ordering) and received no utensil. I didn't realize this until I got to the ball field out of town where no utensil are available. Then I thought maybe it was served with chips (like nachos) but didn't get the chips so I called the store. I asked the person who answered the phone how you we're supposed to eat it. He said with a fork. I said jokingly, well then it would probably help if I had a fork in my bag. This was when he rudely went off on me, telling me that if they weren't "slammed" I would have gotten a fork in my bag and that I should eat it with my fingers! And he hung up on me. I called back because I was the only one in the drive thru and there were only a few people in the actual dining room. He answered again and I pointed out that fact and that he should get some manners. Then he said I was snotty first and I had some choice words for him and he hung up on me again, as I figured he would. I have worked in my fair share of restaurants and there was no need for his rudeness. Never again will I eat at this restaurant and that man should be fired. He obviously doesn't care about anyone but himself.
It's a good bell. Took a couple minutes longer then normal but the staff was very apologetic and even upgraded our drink.
