Super convenient and did a great job. The place was busy so we had a little bit of the wait but they advised us of the online checking in for next time which is awesome. The girl that helped us was very nice and did a good job. Would definitely recommend!
Went in 20 minutes before closing and was greeted by a heavy set woman named Sam who said, “sorry a haircut would put us a few minutes past closing.” Why bother having the open side and doors open? Worst customer service I’ve experienced in the Dells.
The staff is friendly and talented, we like to check in on line before we leave the house. Always get a great haircut at an awesome price.
Just received the worst haircut of my life. Would definitely not recommend getting your haircut here. I asked the lady to use a number 4 on the sides and fade it down to a number 2. She ended up just using the number 2 all the way up to almost the top of my head. She also cut my bangs straight across, which I'm pretty sure is the rookiest of rookie mistakes when cutting hair. Needless to say I had to buzz it all off when I got home. Not happy. Thanks a lot Great Clips.
