Zero stars for the Wisconsin Dells location. I left a few messages for them to call me back to arrange an appointment to meet on Saturday and to inquire about personal training. No one called me back. Poor customer service.
Great gym clean not too packed have pretty much all equipment you need
This gym just recently opened close to home so I joined. I am so happy I did! Its very clean and picked up if I go first thing in then morning at 5:30am or after 5:00pm at night. The staff is friendly and available for help. I've taken several of the afterburn classes and they are some of the best and straight to the point workouts I've attended in my five years of being a gym member in both Florida and Wisconsin. Not only do these workouts include simple exercises that the novice can use but they play fun music and have knowledgeable trainers help for motivation and improvisation of exercise for different fitness levels. Also, I completely recommend one on one personal training even one day a week if you can/want because it has pushed me to an entire new level (as I sit here studying personal training myself). Anthony has been my trainer and excited to keep going till I get to my competition or whatever I decide to do in the future. Here's to your health!!!
