I am traveling out of the country and wanted to get a full set of acrylics for lasting nail color, and spent my entire morning searching for a salon with an opening before I leave. This is the very first salon I called.
This experience is enough for me to completely avoid this business and I will not suggest this salon to any friend with the disrespect that I received over the phone, an act that is clearly commonplace at this salon as many reviews feature this flaw.
The phone was promptly answered, however the man on the line did not conduct himself in a professional manner in anyway. When the phone was answered all I got was a very annoyed "hi". All of the responses to my questions were one word, and when I specifically asked if there was any openenings on a day I had off of work within seconds I got a very short and stern "no", no offers of a different day or possible other times on that day. When I thanked him for his time and said goodbye all I got in return was "okay bye".
Please take note that I never did receive any services from this beauty salon, I only called to ask for an appointment.

Never ever go to this place ,cause they don't know how to do hair. They messed up my hair. I had a picture how I wanted my hair done,and I showed it to the hair dresser. I had blonde hair,and I want it brownish but she made me black . Plus she didn't get my roots done. Her excuse was "it's hard to get tinfoil all the way to the roots so it looks like they already growing back. She should stop to be a hairdresser if she doesn't know how to do her job properly
Such a fabulous salon , the stylist are extremely knowledgeable with hair color , cut & style . The service is exceptional I would totally refer my friends and family to La Petite Salon .
I had my hair colored, cut and styled by Tiffany today. Turned out great! Very friendly salon, as always!
I am a potential paying customer, not an inconvenience. I do not expect to be treated as the latter.
